Coinciding with the Full Moon of Taurus, the Wesak Festival is the most powerful full moon meditation of the year. GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui says that there is a definite effect on the spiritual experience of the Wesak Meditation regardless of the ability of the brain to comprehend or register it. Memory of the experience is directly proportionate to the degree of soul contact and development of the energy bodies.

Tips on How to Prepare for Wesak

• Do Meditation on Twin Hearts every day until the Wesak Festival.
• Practice inner reflection and self healing techniques.
• Take salt water baths. 
• Avoid eating meat for few days before the Full Moon.
• Do not have a heavy meal before the meditation.
• Bring your goals, projects, Kriyashakties.
• Wear white or pastel colors during the celebration.

This is the only meditation of the year that we celebrate at the exact peak of the full moon; this year, the actual peak of the full moon will be at 7:49 pm  EST. Preparations will start at 5:00 pm followed by connection to a global meditation with Master Glenn and Master Marilag.
